Thank you for shopping with Snatched Journals. We are committed to processing and delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Any available free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Public holidays

  • High shipping volumes

Snatched Journals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you in finding the best possible solution.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
