At Snatched Journals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not send products back without receiving return authorization, as they may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Snatched Journals will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
